Question RXT stock grate hooks at what speed?

Who has actually experienced the unsafe conditions of a stock plate and at what speeds? I expect around 72 with what I have on my RXT. It's a longer craft so should be a bit more stable than the RXP.

I did buy the Riva grate from AdamBomb but don't know if I should drop it in. Also if I decide to put it in do I actually have to heat up the stock grate bolts to pop em out? Is the change of snapping the bolt head actually that "grate"?

Not sure what you mean by unsafe conditions.

I've read a lot on this forum and people say at a certain speed, especially with a wedge, the stock grate gets dangerous and likes to hook when you release throttle.

so the only advantage on the RXT is the cavitation reduction?

Id change it over, i just changed to an R&D and hookup/handling is sooo much better

My bolts came out easy (previously even had to tighten them because they had started to back out)
