    Question Carb Dip or spray?

    Hey Guys,
Working on my non-broken ski's rebuilding the carbs, new lines, rebuilt fuel pumps ect. Do you guys use the old carb dip cleaner with a basket? If so what brand or type do you use.
Is just the spray o.k. ?
I have to clean all of the loose paint chips off of the SLX carbs, they were pretty nice looking Black painted. The paint in the springs is chipping off as I handle them and I have to get all of that crap washed away to avoid contamination.

    Any Experience is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Dave

I like the dip too. Gunk brand is the only one I have available to me.

Make sure to use safety glasses when blowing them out with compressed air OR carb spray cleaner.

Dip followed by spray to make sure the passages are open.
