How much pressure??
Just want to know what is the maximum pressure the stock fuel pump and stock bosh 42# injectors can handle??
Asking cause If I set my rrfpr at 55 psi base pressure and boosting 12 psi the fuel pressure will then raise to 67 psi. How much more can they handle??

70+ is where you'll start to have issues with the fuel pump..... at least that's when I did.

I run 82psi WOT on bosch 42's stock fuel pump.

WOW, so the stock pump an injectors can handle a really big charger.
Could you guy's give me a rough idea on what base pressure I should start to set my rrfpr:
Last season I just had the charger and 42's and my afr's were a little rich... was running 11.2/11.3 at WOT.
The charger upgrade, intercooler and rrfpr are a winter project. Will also add a 4'' fizzle intake.
Got a 215 motor with stock ECU, x-charger with RR ''A'' kit (11.5psi announced), 42# bosh, riva rrfpr, xs-intercooler.

I got a afr auge so fuel pressure at WOT is not that important.
To see the fuel gauge I would have to ride without the seat on, not really the most comfortableat 70+ mph.
Thanks Beerdart, will try at 60psi base pressure and go from there. I guess if I'm too rich (still low 11's like I was) I just have to drop base pressure a bit and retry till I get the ideal 11.9 afr.

You can run that charger wo that rrfpr. I have run that combination 80 hour (stock ECU 215,x-charger les cooke A-kit, xs intercooler,42# inj, 15/21 ) on a RXT 215 )and have no problems.
