    Team #985 MH300 Experience

(As I'm wearing a SD RXPX tee, I couldn't imagine where else to post this little thread -but I will be all "Green K" come next weekend...)I took Friday off and joined GL in picking up his co-pilot, Juanfa San Martin of Uruguay, at the NOLA airport. We had a little confusion from the start as Juanfa walked right on by us after de-boarding the plane: It seems GL had told him that his initials stood for Good Looking, and well - I guess you can figure the rest out We caught up w/him in baggage claim and then wasted no time getting down into the French Quarter. The Olde Quarter, was at it's finest, ramping up for the big Mardi Gras weekend. After the afternoon tour, we made our way "down the bayou" and enjoyed a fantastic seafood dinner in the heart of Thibodeaux, LA w/GL's most gracious family.Edit: I just left the boys on the side of I-10 after delivering a few last minute items to stack on the impossibly loaded down truck and ski rig. Travel safe boys; Kay and I will catch up w/ya'll in LHC on Wed. afternoon. Click image for larger version.

Here's one I thought the Kawi guys would really enjoy. Post-meal on Friday PM, I caught GL and Juanfa
discussing their strategy and the politics of staying hooked up: GL was displaying to me the Kawi's ability to ride in the rough, while Juanfa demonstrated how the RXPX would profile out in the same waters JK, really - I caught that pic. and just had to name it so. I've been reading the great debate dependent upon wind/water conditions.

And I, as w/the rest of the team, will be wearing some team GH apparel.
EDIT: I got a text at about 8:30AM, Team #985 was somewhere in Arizona and looking for a large body of water...

ROAD TRIP--Sounds like fun. Be sure to give us some updates. Your photos are great. "Politics of staying hooked up." I like that. I imagine Juanfa saying SD launches off every wave and GL saying 300 goes straight through...
