"Pop Off" pressure over the high limit.
Rebuilding 1995 SLX carbs, New needles and seats, soaked carbs ect. On the spec sheet for my ski its says Pop Off should be 12-18 pounds (I think) .Any way my lowest carb is 16.5 next is 18 and one @ 21psi. Any thoughts on why or if its an issue? I used the good Zig kits and used the original springs (the springs in the kit are for a 750). I really dont want to go hacking on the springs unless I have to.
Any experience is appreciated.

I think the popoff on the 780 carbs is supposed to be 20-24 PSI

It looks like 10-18psi

as long as you re-used the OE springs, just make sure all three carbs match.
i always check the needle arm height. it should be level with the carb body.
your pop off tester may not be 100% accurate. just be sure all three carbs are synced. DO NOT cut any springs.

Verify that your seats are same diameter and clear too. Little build up causes opening gets smaller hence higher POP readings.
