Get your stock pump modified. Im running an Impros double bearing mod on my ski and its working out great.

Jerry, I thought your are running the PPG setback single bearing mod?

I have one of those too. I bought a impros modded double bearing pump a couple of months ago and have been running it ever since.
My PPG modded pump is still 100% fine.

The Magmum Pump comes from Skat-Trak with the three blade prop. You also have to have the double driveshaft or two piece driveshaft whatever it is called.. The entire setup is about $1800.
The dual bearing mod from Impros is $260. $130 for bearings and shaft and $130 for machine work to pump.

i think its like $360.
daves got my rxt pump now for the double berring mod and two props pitched. i notice burn marks at the 9:00 position on the stainless ring on the first day out with it. so I figured its gotta be deflextion, hopping the double berring mod will help keep the prop off the ss ring.
