LOL! i saw that too. Shibby, did you link to my forum?
Its amazing that they see my site as such a threat.
10-04-2005, 06:35 PM #3what you buy with the Riva kit is convenience and a known product. everything has a place to go including any senesors and brackets on the intake that need to be mounted...
when you make something yourself you need to account for these things, but it has been done by MANY people...
if you haven't done so, i'd recommend you pay a visit to a Seadoo 4-stroke specific website and you will find alot of info on what you are inquiring about bc it has been done to the parameters you are describing AND to alot more intense dgree than you can ever imagine...

LMAO!!! whoops. i wouldn't have known if you guys dind't tell me. was on my way to go take a midterm in my finance class, wrote a quick little message over there for the guy to help him out, and there ya have it.
the sad part is.... i guess Riva doesn't see that we even promote ther products over here if we feel it works for an application... i had typed "4-stroke specific website" simply becuase i knew jerry had some issues over there with a link.... but in parenthesis i did put (www.greenhulk.net)

i wonder if Riva would edit someone's psot if they were to say ...
"hey, you should check out a sea doo specific web site. There is alot of info on that website as well."
i wonder if it's jsut this site they are scared about or if they are that way about all PWC message boards. If we can't advertise and get word out about this website, how will others ever find out about it?

when I get some time I'm going to see if I can work with Jerry (if he is willing) to get his site top search for on at least google.com I can't seem to find it anywhere on the search engines.
and for rxt too
then watch that alexia counter go down
....just need to finish my cisco certifications

It sounds like Riva has "small something syndrome".
If your product is good enough it should stand on its own.

Shibby, i used to link to sea-doo.net from Riva and they would delete it.
Can't blame them though. It's their site and they are in it for the money.
Kinchyle, its all French to me, but i'll take all the help i can get. Thanks!
