try a set of vise grips worst case might have to grind off and remove stud after you get rocker shaft off

I had one do the same thing just this week, I was able to take a slightly smaller socket and hammer it over the bolt to get it off

If its rounded going to be tuff getting any socket to work.
How did they get rounded off?
Be sure to use correct torx socket that is in perfect shape and get a good bite when torqueing or breaking loose.

Are you using 6 point or 12 point sockets? Next to impossible to round off a bolt with a 6 point socket. If you have a die grinder you can also cut a slot in the top of the bolt and try to use a big screw driver to get it out, either that or just cut the whole head off the bolt, then remove the rest of it after you get the shaft off.
