Help me remove the handle bar please!

Man what a pain in the ass, I'm trying to remove the OEM handle bar and the damn thing looks like is welded. I loosened the 4 nuts on the bracket that hold the handle bar but the bracket doesn't want to move. Help me please!

To get mine off required a saw, mallet, something to pry with and a lot of frustration.. Pretty sure it was just corroded together

are you talking about the four nuts and bolts that hold the clamp on there, the thing with the round hole in the center?, you remove that all together and the bars come out completely... no amount of corrosion could keep the bars in there... its just like a handlebar on a BMX bike, clamp on top of the bars

Yes that's exactly what I'm talking about. The damn clamp seems like is welded, I try prying it a little but I'm afraid of braking it.
