I'm interested, how do you mount them in the mirror so they are secure

Just got mine yesterday and they look nice. They are cut from 3/16 plexi with carbon decal, so they are plenty rigid. You can either silicone them into the mirror pod or bolt/ rivet them in where the original rivets for the mirror cup are. I think I'm going to bolt mine in so I can remove easily if I need to.

If you pull the mirror out, you can see that the pod has a dome to it and this plate is flat. I plan on cutting out pretty much all of the dome to allow for two gauges per side. This will allow the plate to sit flush and bolt on using the old rivet holes. If you're using one gauge centered in the pod it still leaves that dome. If thats the case I dont know why you couldn't use the gauge bracket to hold the plate in place along with the gauge. So yes, if you bolt or rivet, you have to drill the old rivets out..no biggie
