Fuel system upgrade on SL750????
On the SL750 the rear cylinder always seizes. What are the things to change so it never happens again. I already know about the fuel pump being changed. What about jetting??

The pump solves the issue. Other things to look for that will cause a lean carb issue with the 750 inparticular.
Fuel selector valve..I'd replace it, especially with the age.
Pinched or swollen fuel line, same thing-age kills these lines, replace them.
Normal stuff to check would be vacuum leaks and pulse line.

What size restrictor on the return line??

I believe it's .2mm, but I'm not positive.
Also, check the water seperator for air leaks.

Also, if it is an older 750 then get rid of the damn autocock valve. It will cause you a lot of problems.
