Welcome to the forums. "Well into the 90s" is quite a task, and you'll need a lot of money and skills to achieve that. I think you should reassess your goals, unless you are dead set on being one of the fastest skis on the boards. You can get into the low 80s on the FZ platform relativity easy with a C3, IC, and ECU with supporting mods. Some parts might not void your warranty, but a ski with an after market SC, IC, and ECU IMO will void your warranty. Check out some of the sticky threads on the 4stroke forum for more details.

    +1 to all you said

To get into the 90's its a lottttttttt of work and of course money. Plus I am pretty sure it will void your warranty.

Thanks for the replies, maybe I better re-think this. Probably just change the intake grate, maybe the air intake and possibly an exhaust for now, see where that gets me.Im looking for speed but I definitely dont want to void the warranty or compromise the reliability of the ski.

Add a modded vx plate by Jim as well and you will be in the low 70's.

Step one is swapping out the intake grate; this is essential for safety.
The next two mods I would suggest are the VX plate and lose the restrictive air intake. From there you will probably want to consider a reflash; Jerry says he has one now that will not void your warranty. It doesn't take much to turn the FZ's big power plant into a nasty beast. Welcome to the forum.

Fist of all definitely you need an intake grate
I'll Say remove all the filters for the factory air intake, air box everything. It's an alternative to buying an intake if You want to save some money.
    Then you can do this

    and this

And I believe this one below, also doesn't mess with your warrant' but I am not 100% sure
