How do I tell which metal washers I need?

I have an '04 RXP. The previous owner claims to have paid a bunch of money to a Sea-Doo dealership so they would upgrade the supercharger. I want to do the upgrade, but I'm not sure what I have, or what washers I would need.

I'm also considering adding a new S/C impeller and Riva 3" intake while it's apart, hoping to break 70.

Welcome back to the forum Mike. Been a while since i have seen you here.

If your lock washer looks like this, two notched out flat spots for the shaft holding tool then its an 06 spec.

If the flat spots are all the way across its an 04-05 spec.

Hey, man, I usually ride Lake Maurepas. I've been on the Blind some, old Amite some, and Tickfaw some. I also live pretty close to Port Vincent, so I put in at Fred's and ride up the Amite for testing. You're welcome to hook up!

I was just planning a couple of summer trips today. I want to put in a Port Vincent and ride all the way up the Amite to I-12. It's about 20 miles 1 way. The next ride I want to make is from Carthage Bluff landing on the old Amite, all the way across Lake Maurepas, through Pass Manchac, then stick to the north shore of Pontchartrain all the way to Mandeville. There are 2 old lighthouses on this route that are fun to explore. It's about 28 miles 1 way. Gas shouldn't be a problem either way.

Greenhulk, my ski tops out at 67.7 on the GPS low on fuel, reverse bucket trimmed, nose cone removed, and otherwise stock.

If I add the RR S/C impeller and Riva Front Air intake when I got it apart for metal washers, what improvement is reasonable to expect?

    Thanks!
