Be ready to spend some money on paint and supplies. I have somewhere between 400 and 500 bucks in paint and supplies on this one. Primer, paint, clear coat, all of the associated reducers, hardeners, cleaners, etc. Paint work is very expensive!!!!!

I have started putting it all back together. Got the hood mounted. I was installing the latch plate for the hood and I dropped one of the spacers that goes under it. Guess where it ended up. Yup, under the gas tank. Took the tank out and it was a filthy oily mess under there, so I got that all cleaned out. I guess its not such a bad thing. Starting to gather everything I need to build a motor. I should have a motor by the end of the month!!!!! Hopefully this thing is ready to hit the water by the holiday.

Installed the trim motor today. I should get it all wired up as well as mounting the jet pump and ride plate this weekend. Tomorrow its off to bead blast the pipe, waterbox, water rail, and head covers so I can make them the matching blue thats on the hood.

My crank comes back on Tuesday, and hopefully sometime in the next 2 weeks I get my cylinders and pistons. It may come alive by the 4th!!!!

Just got home from leaving a bunch of cash in Janesville with Mr Zigler. Turns out i have to get a new set of cases for my motor, they were pretty messed up. Thanks to john he set me up with a set of cases that look brand new. Ordered up a piston kit and left my cylinders to get bored. Should be up and running in a few weeks.

For all of you who have ever removed and reinstalled rub rails.......Why do the holes never line up again when you go to put them back. I swear they are an inch shorter than they were before. I put the bolt through the rear hole, and when I taped them down, They were about 3/4 inch shorter at the front than they were originally. My brand new rear rail came today, so I just installed the rails tonight. Now where to find where the hell I put the bow eye fitting........ I will post pics later when I get all of my crap off the ski and can take a nice picture.

Looking good!!!! The Polaris on the seat decal makes a world of difference. I did both my skis and I think it adds a lot. Keep up the good work.
