VXR 2011 nozzle broken for the second time

    Any one have same problem?
for the 2nd time the nozzle is broken & i have to wait cause the dealer doesnt have the part 6BU-R1318-00-00 cause it is plastic

Is there any modification for this part?
can i install for FZR or any other nozzle?

Well it looks like R&D has a replacement part that is "metal". Looks like there are different "sizes" too. I am at 75 hours and mine looks ok. I have to say tho I would rather that part be metal. If there is a benefit to it being plastic I can't see it.

My Nozzle cracked and had to be replaced on my 2011 VXR. I've only been on the water 3 times since. I just had my dealer replace it under 1st year warranty for free. Hopefully mine doesn't crack again but we will see.

It is a 5 degree nozzle, mine is 87mm and any of the FZ or SHO nozzles will fit.

You'll lose your reverse with the R&D nozzles because they don't have mounts for the bucket. The '00-'02 GP1200R nozzle(5* 87mm) will be a perfect replacement. It's metal & has mounts for reverse. You''l just need to drill & tap the bosses.

    Here's one for $50:
