    The Best Aftermarket Performance Exhaust

Hello again folks. What would be the best aftermarket performance exhause/pipe for my '95 XP?
Currently she has open air & moderate head work. Not trying to go crazy with this old girl, (she runs GREAT!)but was suggested to me get a pipe system to wake her up a little bit more.

    any suggestions?

    as always,

    thanks in advance

Factory pipe Spec 2. They are around used and you can still get instructions and parts for them. They offer the most horsepower gain. Be sure to get one with the elctronic module that controls the water injection. You should pay $175 to $275 used and they are around $700 new. I have recently run the APE and Rossier pipes for the 720s and they don't keep up.

He is referring to the 717 (720) not the 787... Factory Pipe only has one offering for the 657/720, but it is designed to work on a 100% stock boat. You may need to check with Bill on this one, I think you will be risking reliability and pump gas with the pipe.

+1 leave it alone and ride it. adding a pipe will risk reliability.

Def have to watch fuel quality. All of these pipes were designed before ethanol was an issue. It burns hot. Recommend 93 with factory pipe system.
