My 2010 VX 110 is running at low power approx 35 to 37 mph.

It does have a few mods , hi-per airfilter and thru hull exhaust, pcv waste can. This thing was running perfect last weekend...any ideas where to start looking for this probtlem? just acts like it woke up on the wrong side of the bed! thanks

put new plugs in and 95% sure it will be fixed. mine and several friends did the same thing. we use ngk iradium plugs. very common problem with the 1100 and stock plugs!

Well it was the plugs, the front plug kind of fouled on start up i guess, but all of the plugs had some pitting.....runs great again. 30 hours range must be the life of the plugs. Pulled the plugs on my other VX it has 31 hours on it and its front plug was the dirtiest....and its other plugs had some pitting too.
    thanks for the replies

It's always the plugs!! They will last for a long time.........just never idle for long when motor is cold!
