    Ultra 150 Torque Specifications

What's the deal with torque on the cylinder head tops? The book says 69 lbs then 22 lbs. Does this make any sense??? Do you back them off? Steve45 if you read this I think this is my problem. I will know if the tops are warped in about two hours when I throw a flat bar on them. I'm gonna just buy some r&d's to put back on the machine though anyway, I just want to know. The gaskets were new. The entire engine was new. Waterlogged now. Sucks.

Yes, its 69 inch pounds for the initial torque then 22 foot pounds for the final torque.
