Question 2007 GTX - fuel question

I recently purchased a used GTX with 53 hours of use. The previous owner ran high octane 93, but the owners manual said it was ok to run regular unleaded 87. Would it cause issues if I switched to 87?

If it is a 215hp motor, you should run 91octane (recommended) or 87 minimum.
If it is a 155hp motor, you can run whatever you want.
It will not hurt if you go from 93 to 87 as they will just get mixed together.
