    vts inop?

'06 rxp. Pulled cover off motor. Without using vts switch. I'm getting power to both wires to motor. Any thoughts?

I'm getting ready to trade this thing for a case of Coors Lite. Yea, I know. I don't like Coors either. Haha!

Ok, when you plug the key in. The led part of gauge cycles up then down. After that it disappears.

If your battery has been removed or low on charge sometimes the VTS gets turned off and needs to be re enabled with Candoo or BUD's

Sea Doo wants $82. To plug into buds and hit the switch. I am donig some Green Hulk diagnosis before I get there. I'm new to the rxp world and don't mind asking questions to narrow it down to just the buds thing. Just trying...........

If I am not mistaken, there is no way to reactivate it without hooking it up to buds or CanDoo. Sorry bro! It is a know issue with RXP's. Also, the compass will get disabled sometimes too. It just happens. I would ask another dealer in town or in a neighboring town to just reactivate it for you. Good Luck!

If you can see the indicator its the problem! BUDS....

Can have the same issue with RIVA ECU and VTECH re Flash as well!! Only I think you need a code for the RIVA ECU to re activate.
