    Dual Pickup fuel filter level

    Is this normal? or one of the lines is wrong?

    Its hard to say because the pic doesn't show where the other ends of the lines go, however, it does look like possibly the low one is not pulling fuel. Either the pickup was uncovered sometime when the tank was low or it never was purged of air. One thing you could try is to clamp off the full filter line with a clamp or gently with vise grips. Then start the boat and see if it will purge the air out by forcing the fuel thru that one.
    Another issue might be if the guy that made it a duel pickup did not extend the "on" fuel pickup tube in the tank to match the length of the "reserve" pickup tube, and thus it would suck air on that line when the tank was under 1/4 full.
