How do you route the water lines on a water cooled SC???
The line comming off the intercooler is 3/4in but the nipples on the sc are 3/8, I don't want to split the line and risk not running enough water to the exhaust... Unless this is the way it should be, then where does the out of the sc go to???
Any help would be great.

I ask Jerry the same question a couple of weeks ago.
The answer was :
Cut the line that enter to the IC.
Use 3/4 T fitting that ends 3/8.
Install a 3/8 hose to the SC
Then drill a hole in a place you could see ( in my case the front right, like a yamaha jetsky)
Install a nice fitting and the hose to it.
At the end you would see water coming out from there so you will know everything its ok.
I just do it and it works perfect. ( the pressure that comes out its half than the yamaha jetsky)

He's talking about a dump valve off SC somewhere visible.

Ahh ok, so thru hull... I was wondering if the less water going to the exhaust manifold would heat it up
More... I guess not too much...
