Talk to phillip_gpr. I run his custom nozzle that is bored with a sleeve pressed in to make it 88-89mm. You want the steering nozzle 6-7mm larger than the venturi so 92 would probably be perfect for you with the 85 nozzle. I have a SHO nozzle bored to 92 on my GPR that's about to be torn down, so you're welcome to borrow & try it if you want.

I'm getting a ton of refraction out of my steering nozzle. I think I'm a prime candidate for boring it out. I bored my venturi to 84mm, but have no idea what the stock seadoo RXP nozzle diameter is. This is off a mid 2000's RXP.

I bored the reduction nozzle to 84mm and measured yr steering one at 86mm last night. I'm going to open it up a mm and see how it does.
