So, what would you guys do with the money? I'd probably take the $47k a week rather then the lump some.
I'd pay off college debts, family debts, then buy a new car hahaha.

First thing I'd do is take the GPR out of storage, pack up the truck, and drive down to Florida for two weeks. Would pretty much do what I do now except could afford to ride in the most exotic places on earth.
Oh, and I would finally be able to realize my goal of becoming a world record holder. You know the guy who is known for having the largest car or gun collection. Well I would be the man known for the largest PWC collection in the world.
I'm wondering if one takes the weekly or monthly payment option what happens if you pass away? Do the lose the uncollected money or can you will it off to a family member or other entity?

3 Mil put's you on Forbes list? Holy cow. If I won, I guess I'd give it to the government.
Here's Tony Robbins changing enough words that he's not flat-out plagiarizing Bill Whittle while citing "Inflamatory Expert" David Burge, AKA Iowahawk:
It was a brilliant expose, can't fault Robbins, but the delivery was mostly "Bill Whittle", and credit should have been given there, as well. The original:

Could I please touch it before they take it away?

Pay off everything I owe with the $347 Million lump sum after taxes. Build a nice home and 1000 acres surrounding it in the mountains on a lake miles from anything($7M). I'd buy an older Gulfstream IV ($6M) and travel the world and actually see it and not like a tourist either. I'd take the wife on a shopping spree and get a few one off Bespoke Suits and a custom closet from Henry Poole & Co on Savile Row. Start on 'The List' and do everything. Pay off the parents house and give them $5 M so they'd never work again. With all that said, I still have $323 M. I'd probably split $15M 2 ways giving each half to St. Jude and the other to Blair E. Batson. I'd take $10M and split it between CoonAss 1 and CoonAss 2 and they are good people and are deserving in my eyes. The rest of the $300M I'd do something with. The interest annually one $300M would be around $15M. I could live on that and pay the bills, taxes, fuel, shopping, etc. I could do that I think. I haven't put too much thought into this have I?
