    Tuned pipe sealant

I'm helping a mate fix his 2000 XP. We've replaced all the grey Tempo fuel lines and cleaned the carbs and their internal filters. I had a question about what to use as gasket where the tuned pipe joins with the exhaust system (not the manifold end but the other end). In the manual Seadoo say to use 'high temperature copper sealant', which I don't have. Anyone have tips on what else I can use? I'm assuming Copper Ease won't work as it's not a sealant.
