2000 XLL reed/reed cages, is this normal?

Took apart my engine today, noticed the reed cages leafs? are not in the same position for all the cylinders. Seems that for cylinders 2 and 3 the 2 middle leaflets are angled different (see pictures)... Is this normal?

Nope, not normal at all. The manual has specifications for how far apart they should be top to bottom, but all are supposed to be the same. Appears something hit those 2, or they were muffed up when installed. Why did you pull the engine apart?

They can be bent back into spec, you may check the reed petals too and make sure they are good and not damaged.
