    Bored Nozzle results

I ran my ski with the bored nozzle today and must say it was a noticable improvment! It jumped on plane faster but not really sure about top speed it was a little chopy so 44 gps was it for me but for the price it was worth it! Z

Z- boring the nozzle will help the bottom end, but hurt the top unless you're running an AAT.

If you get the AAT you will not be disappointed. On mine, I bored the nozzle to 87, and run the AAT. With the short shuttle, My top speed drops to the high 40's, but it will instantly flu out of the hole. Almost too much bottom end. Then, with just 1 screw and the longest shuttle, I can keep a better than normal holeshot, and keep or slightly gain some top end. Good stuff.

You angled that nozzle when you bored it. right? How did that turn out?

The angled wedge let me go to 7 degrees without any extra length I also clearanced the trim bucket for some extra range of motion! I wish I could handle a camera while riding it was too cold for any one else as I had the lake to myself !The rooster tail was funny! it trims so high now that it will pump into the reverse bucket even though the bucket is fully up

Fireman HUH? I tell you what. The wedges make a difference. I had the six degree on my 750 and the stock 4 degree on my SLX and the 750 shot the roost way higher, Extended pump on both.
