Riva Wedge, is it good for rough water or for calm ??

I ride in rough water and race endurance and closed course, will the RXP be better with or without the wedge ???

    Anyone please

    Thanks

for closed course riding, i'd have to say without the wedge... with it on you hop out of the water and get unhooked in rough water.... in my experience at least........ also when i talked to Kane Cahill about it.. he said to get rid of it for racing......

oh shit i had a brain fart

i was thinking "grate" instead of wedge. By all means you do not want a wedge for close course racing.

True, most guys I talked to racing Super course do not use the wedge! So don't use it! By the way RXPboy what region are you in? I'm in region 5, I like supercourse better than CC , my RXP does better on SC since Region 5 track's are so long and open!

I want air,,,lots of it. The wedge should help me achieve that since I ride in 1-3 ft waters here in Lake Ponchartrain. Wouldn`t a loader and wedge be beneficial for that?
