    Rossnemo Racing Superstock fuel system

Worked on this over the winter.. Aeromotive 340 lph pump fits in oem module. Module fuel inlet and outlets use AN6 bulkhead fittings thru the top of the plastic module. Stainless braided hoses with XRP anodized aluminum fittings. Bulk 11/16 ID. F.A.S.T. billet aluminum fuel rail was used, along with a Marren fuel pressure dampner to help stabilize fuel pressure at WOT. Fuel delivery should be approx. double what the OEM system delivers.
This is on the Superstock FZR. First shakedown cruise with it had much richer AFRs at WOT at the same pressure the stock system ran. Increased volume, and stabilization at the same fuel PSI yielded richer AFRs.

More pics of earlier mock up/assembly stages... OEM fuel outlet on module is now a secondary tank vent.

Thanks guys, actually thats just everyday black engine enamel from autozone.. No big deal. Use a scotch brite scuff pad to clean and sand before painting works well.

Looks great Ross! Another Tampa beast! Are you using 6 lines for the feed and return, just curious. Looks killer though!

Ross, I take it you are not using the stock 90* plastic fitting on top of the tank and stock hose that comes from the fuel pump? I was thinking to also replace that with an AN -6 style fitting and 5/16 hose in mine. Do you have any other pics? How did you attach the hose to the fuel pump? I think that was really my only concern. This is what I did with the return line and the feed line. I have additional pictures and info in my build thread.
