Problems after throttle cable recall.. GPR

I was skeptical at first about letting the dealership do anything to my 2003 GPR, but i was wanting to get the cable recall done so i wouldn't have to worry about it in the future.. Anyways i picked it up after it took the dealer 3 weeks to get the parts and do, now it wont go over 30mph it bogs and takes a while to get there, it feels like to me that the powervalves arn't opening, in never hits.. or maybe oil gas ratio off.?

any advice would be appreciated.. BTW it ran great last year and has fresh gas and plugs

Did you contact the dealer right away and tell them?
