Lost 3.9 mph with stage 2 macboost kit

This is a f12x honda . I ran a 61.9 before installing the wedge, 17/29 solas, macboost module, intercooler, cold air umi filter and crankcase vent. With the stock blow off hose it ran 58 mph with 93 octane fuel. There are 2 small hoses that went to the stock intake tube and now there is no place to put them I put the 19 restrictor in the ski with no change. The ski only rpms 5600 now. I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help?

Since you are asking about hoses, did you block off the wastegate solenoid you disconnected from the stock airbox?
Your rpm matches what I would expect if you did that. The solenoid must vent to atmosphere.

Otherwise, did you plug the solenoid back in after working on the ski? It could be unplugged as well.

Check the IC install instructions. They cover these hoses and to leave them unplugged. I prefer to unplug the solenoid just under the intake manifold at the plastic adapter. You can just unplug it immediately at the solenoid as well.

Thank you supermac. I will check that in the morning. The ski also hits the rev limiter from a standing start but will not rpm above 5600 on top. I appreciate your reply and I am sure with your help we can get this thing right. Your kit is top notch and packaged very well. I like the looks of your intercooler!

He [Mac] is a very good friend to all of the Honda owners, even if he is a "Yankee" [anyone who lives north of the Florida Georgia border].

I would much rather live in South Carolina than North, I do pay Yankee taxes up here.
