Thanks, disconnecting the battery won't erase or reset anything I should worry about, correct?

    im unaware of that...
    but i guess not?

batteries have died on both my boat (180 Challenger) and my jetski (rxp) and they never gave me problems...
plus, afew years ago a battery died in my jetski for the whole length of the winter and it worked like a charm after i charged it in the spring...

AND... my challenger has a main killswitch (kills EVERYTHING) and ive had no long term issues...

i cant answer with a 100% accuracy.. but.. i know it "shouldnt" as i never experienced such problems nor have my friends...

Yeah, I doubt there's any issues, just that my px has alot more electronics on it then my 96 XP did, so better to ask ahead of time just in case.
