RIVA adjustable reduction nozzle with a stuck set screw

Well trying to get the ring out one of the set screws didn't cooperate. Tried heat and WD-40 and its stripped now. The other set screw comes out fine.

It's currently got the 85MM ring stuck inside it because of the screw. If you want the nozzle and ring I will also need your stock nozzle in it's place. $60 shipped and it's yours. The 85MM ring is worth most of that!

Sorry man but I don't have a clue. The stock nozzles are different but how much different I don't know.

Damn, that's a smokin deal! I drilled & tapped mine for larger screws anyway, so it's no biggie if the set screw needs to be drilled out.

    Just a bit of background.

This Riva nozzle is made by modifying an OEM SHO/FZR nozzle. In addition to being a smaller diameter this nozzle uses thicker veins than a GPR nozzle, so it is a higher pressure nozzle than an OEM GPR nozzle. The high HP SC 4 stroke skis seem to like this high pressure nozzle approach. Conversely the 2 stroke GPR doesn't.

For a 2 stroke GPR it is tough to beat the 85 or 87 mm OEM GPR nozzles.
