New prop and gps delimiter speed only 72 mph 2012 rxpx
I have free flow intake, gps delimiter and riva 15/20r prop. Ski did 68 mph stock. Now does 72 but more like 71. Is this reasonable for these changes? It still hits the rev limiter at 8040 rpm at 71-72 mph.
I thought I would get a little more out of it. Accel is about the same also.

Which gps delimiter? The free flow exhaust or 4 " air intake?

need to keep it off the limiter

You need to sell the GPS limiter and get something for your RPM limit. With your mods I see higher speeds.

How many hours on the ski? Might still be in the break in process if its under 10. Also you are not hitting your limiter at that rpm. You are loosing some speed at top end.with the impeller.

Could also be that crap Riva prop....Sorry, I just dont like"R" props....They ARE NOT what they say they are out of the box.....And for the general consumer whoo wants to buy a prop and drop it in and has no idea about prop tweeking, the "R" props are not for you....They claim to be pitch blocked and they arent!!!!

This is the biggest problem with RIva's SCOM module as it only removes the GPS speed limit not the stock 8040 rpm that he is hitting.
The BEST solution to this is a VTECH reflash which removes ALL limits such as GPS speed, 8040 rpm, boost, etc......... you can raise the soft/hard rpm limiter to your own desire and mod accordingly!
