How much trouble will it be to install and what kind of benefit do you think we will see from it? Thanks Roger

Riva says it will shave 10 lbs off the Ultras weight. The billet exhaust tip will look a lot better than the ugly down snouted stock one. (this tip is available separately) The exhaust will no doubt be louder than stock. As for performance gains ?? I guess someone will have to try one to see. Riva didn't give out any definite info on that yet. Same for the installation difficulty....not yet known. Riva states that they include complete installation instructions with the kit. Can't be too hard if you can get your hands in there to access it. Got to be easier than the one for the 4-tecs where a hole has to be drilled etc.

Thanks Richard, again you come through. I have not even seen on yet. There is suppose to be one at the local boat show in Columbia, SC this weekend. I am going to try and make it up there to take a look. Roger

After looking in the engine compartment of the Ultra 250 that exhaust pipe will be a B***h to put in.

It looks like the one for the STX-15F, not the Sea-Doo 4-TEC. If so you have to remove second waterbox to save the 10lbs. Its not that hard on the 15F, so should be the same on the 250.
