    pwc dock security..?

Well i will be having both my jet skis (98 gp1200, 98 xl1200) docked in the marina at our local lake..what security measures can i take to ensure someone doesnt take them? try to get a chain to something? battery removal every time?

Just trying to get some tips and pointers to make my mind at ease knowing there just sitting there for the taking lol...

Yup, neighbors do this, high end bike lock thru the bow and attached to the dock.

Until we get a little more of this: http://blogs.miaminewtimes.com/ripti...th_shotgun.php and some honor back in this country, we're just going to have to watch more closely. I know it doesn't help that much but if you befriend someone who lives next to the marina and coax (pay?) them to watch it... How about an alarm, too? Not too sensitive or the neighbors will want it stolen.

Neighbor lost his 2 runabouts when they threw the dogs steak.
Smith & Wesson works well on Dock Security I'm told...post a sign.

yea cant pay anyone to watch it its at a public doc at the marina, hmm just makes me uneasy having them sit there not straped down or locked up. Gonna have to get a good chain and attach it under the floating docs that they will sit on. and dont worry ive got insurance on them full bore now lol
