    Kanaflex question

    Are you guys using filters, or just the kanaflex?? If using filter does it still suck as good or lose any rpm?? Thanks

    No. I use a screen to reduce any large debris.

    I like to run the spectre 9735 stainless steel cone filter with the kana flex, it flows great, won't rust cause its stainless and looks good too Google it and you will find a pic of what I'm talking about, its available locally from advanced auto.

    +1 didn't last long, running no filter for 2 years,never ingested any debris.

    Have had mine on since 08 and never any problems, still looks as new as the day I bought it too

    No flow or RPM loss when running the spectre SS or mesh filters in my ski's. They will have a few rust spots from salty air residue but not like a rust ridden trailer gets.. Keep it under your hood and you'll be fine.
