    dollys/carts , for sale .

in my quest for supplemental income i given a thot of makeing pwc dollys since i had an idea last night on how 2 get it from the trailor on to the cart ,

how much would the value be for a fullsize dolly made out of 2x3 1/4 inch tubbing , with nice bunks and heavy duty 5 inch casters ?

iv had this idea since a lil bit after i bought it ,

i did some number crunching and it would cost 139 just in steel ,

if i made a single one better than an aqua cart that can load and unload by your self , wouldnt that be worth 300 on ebay ?

The problem you are going to run into is shipping. Well, that and the fact that many choose to make there own out of wood or pvc for alot less$$

It is a tough way to make a few bucks unless you catch that break and can go big.
I remeber when Aquacarts was getting started and looking for a "break" or to get a foot in the door.
He made a visit to Havasu and made his connection with Polaris. He made my dealership some special straps for trailer mounting and I've not seen anybody else make them, they rock! We used them to secure the SLTX, they had a floating clip that atached to the tow hook and of course the standard hooks to the trailer.

That's what I was thinking. I have seen it done somewhere. And it looked like it did a good job.

Those stands we made will hold any ski ya wanna put on it, and probably only weight around 50#.

The problem with stands like others mentioned is simply cheaper to build your own if you have the tools and supplies than to buy one and pay for shipping.

Not long ago a guy in the chicago area was selling them on ebay for $50, but shipping was a killer!
