I had a leaking one with heatexchanger.
But the cause of this was the shitty stock stretch bolts,3 of the bolts were loose, the didn't hold.
After this i used new ones ,again 3 of the new bolts kept stretching, replaced with a few of the good old ones.
Double check if they are at 95 ft/lbs,some kept stretching, and didn't hold.
After this no leak anymore,

IMO you should ask what fuel they were using as detonation is the biggest cause for head gasket failures and a motor does deto faster when hot

always 91 octane with rotax racing ecu at 8450 rpm since third gasket. the oem first gasket lasted 100 hours on stock to stage 3 SC, second riva gasket lasted 5 hours with rude 1, got the head flattened, the third oem lasted 15 hours with et140r, pulled the head and found pitted sections on mating surface of the gasket. my mechanic contacted BRP that admitted a flaw in the oem gaskets and to order and new updated one, that was this week. i just got my machine back and copper coated this gasket. every time i rebuilt with stretch bolts. if this fails i will buy rotax gasket and studs and torque the crap out of it. im running 14.5 psi at 8450 rpm. wish me luck. btw there seems to be a lack of conversation on alternatives and tried and true results, i suggest a sticky with products and results. im also curious to know what the turbo guys are using

blew one closed loop rude 2 charger. Installed block guard went open loop with turbo. New stretch bolts no studs no copper spray. All good 3 seasons later still
