help reading plugs and piston wash, just double checking.

ski is a 1200r, about 120 hours on it, 20 since the new pistons, oside fresh carbs(drilled returns due to creased check valves, no drilled tamper caps, ect) premix dominator 40:1, d plate and chip, ect.

it was leaking a little around the spark plugs, water to the plugs, when i put the ski up last year for the winter, the last time it ran the plugs looked lean ish. so a few days ago i pulled the head off, cleaned all the gasket mate surfaces, recoated all gaskets with marine grease, cleaned bolts and bolt holes out, and when i pulled the heads this is my piston wash

keep in mind i did wipe the top of them lightly so the swirl looking marks are just that, swirls.

not as much wash as id like, but i dont know if wash is supposed to be read after a couple hours, 20 hours like these slugs have, or like 80+ hours.

so i did all that, torqued the head down, put in new plugs, started it, then took it out the next day, it sat for about a day before i pulled the plugs (dont know if that matters or not) and this is what the plugs look like

was takin pics in the dark, so i apologize if you cant see much

they look okay to me. and the plugs dont have any water around them.

what do those plugs look like, and what do you think of my wash( that wash has a good 20 hours or so on it)
