2012 RXP-X jet pump inspection
I'm reviewing the storage procedure for my new boat and it says to remove the impeller cover to check for water contamination. Does this happen much on the new Sea-Doo pumps? It looks like the steering nozzle and IBR bucket need to be removed to perform this inspection which would be a major hassle.

No it doesnt happen often , but if they didnt tell you to check it an then you got water in there, someone would complain "why didnt they tell me to check it"
Yes, the IBR needs to be removed to get the cone off
