2012 FX SHO Price help
I am new to the forum and I apologize if this is posted in the wrong place.
I have done my research and I am ready to purchase a 2012 FX SHO (not the Cruise).
Hopefully, I will purchase one this weekend, but none of the dealers will send a price by phone or email. They all want me to come so I can be a captive customer. I feel like I am purchasing a used car here. I really do not want to burn an entire day while a salesperson plays games with their manager.
I searched the forum and found plenty of prices on the HO, but not the SHO. What is a good, non-boat show price? I realize these just came out, but I have a number of dealers in my area with stock (Texas). I am looking for an out the door prices with a single trailer. There also seems to be plenty of 2011 FX SHO's out there. How much of discount is worth taking a 2011 vs a 2012?
On a different subject, I am also looking a good company to insure the jet ski. Any recommendations?
Thanks in advance for your time.

You are aware that the 2012 FX's have the new hull which is completely different than the '11s right?
I have my skis insured with State Farm.

Yes, from what I have read, it has a new haul design, about 7" longer, more storage, and has a notch for neutral. I was just trying to see if people felt that was worth $500, $1,000, etc.

If I was in your situation to buy a ski, I would not look at anything other than the 2012! If the savings were like 30% then maybe given you are not riding ocean otherwise just stick with the 2012! From limited people who have ridden the 2012, it looks like it is way better hull than older models!

Thanks 1fastrat, perfect. That in kind of what I thought, but it is nice to confirm.
I have seen FX HO's posted out the door around $12,500. FX SHO is about $1,500 more. FX SHO Cruise is $500 more than the FX SHO.

You may want to look here (if you haven't already):
I just bought the 2012 FX HO at the Atlanta Boat Show for $12,495 + $98(doc fees) + Tax + Trailer... I needed a double trailer so the comfab trailer was $1,100
Includes 4 year warranty.
