    2004 Ultra 150 Project ***PICS***

I purchased a 2004 Kawasaki Ultra 150 from a local VA dealer called Top Gun in Rocky Mount, VA. I got a great deal on the ski with 90 hours on it! The ski had some hull damage to the gel coat. I got all the chips filled and sanded, then compounded/polished the entire ski. I didn't like the original graphics, so I decided to strip them and put together my own design. I got a custom seat from Jettrim and they did a awesome job on the seat cover. Blowsion hooked me up with some trick bars and billet parts. I also installed Fly flame arrestors, Solas 16/20, Shredmaster ride plate, R&D Extended Nozzle with trim mod, and WORX sponsons. So far I have reached a top speed of 69.3mph confirmed on GPS before the Solas prop was installed. I am aiming to break 70-71 with the prop. Still need to add a few graphics to finish it off but, I figured I would share it with you guys. I give thanks to Top Gun, Blowsion, Jettrim, and Liquid Militia.

thanks fellas! I got the bars from Blowsion, made for the Kawi stand up with 4 degree rake. They mount to the factory steering neck. Seat cover is from Jettrim, I called them up and requested fabric samples. After picking what I wanted for the cover, they stitched it up and sent it to me. Check the links below.

Ski looks great. Careful with those flame arrestors though, everything I have read on the Ultra cautions not to use them with stock CV carbs, can cause a lean condition.

Here's an update of the graphics and I still need to get my photoshoot done with both my skis. Anyhow I like the new stickers better and my carbs are ok to run the filters according to the dealership. They set up an Ultra150 to run 76mph on radar (claimed but not verified) so I trust them on it.
