    Boost leak

Would a boost leak cause the AF gauge to read lean or rich?

    Thanks

Lean out. Mine showed almost 14 when I first put the fizzle in. What problems are you having?

I'd be thinking that's just because you took a massive restriction out of the intake by ditching the OEM 215 IC and jumped to a more efficient IC on top of that.
Colder, denser air and more of it = more fuel needed to go with it! Thus you went lean after install.

I did all my mods over this winter and on the first time out I have a "stumble" when I transition from vacuum to boost. I thought it was a intercooler pipe but after reinstalling and taking it out I still have a bit of a stumble and the motor goes lean... Like 17-19 AFR! I haven't taken it above 4000 rpm because of it!

    Which sensor reads incoming air?

You'd still be seeing Vacuum at 4k.

Is this your first outing after the reflash?

I think some people have been having a problem with the hand held flashes taking.

    ^^^

That was it! I loaded a different tune (8350) tune and walla! She runs great now! I think I have either a corrupt file or the 8650 tune is crap!

    Thanks for the help!

Supporting mods were done bro. I had a leak in the silicone couplers. Afrs would shoot to 14 and up and it would drop in power.
