Take it to the dealership and have them take care of it. Under warranty I assume?

Why do you think the bearings are bad ? Is there play in out or side to side ? Have you pulled the bearings. ? It looks like to me you sucked something up and gouged the liner maybe. ? Any noises vibration loss of speed or rpm ? I assume your In the vegas area by your screen name ? That's allot of rust

Is there not a Kawasaki dealer by you? It might be worth it to check it out.

Im thinking the bearings are bad cause the impeller seems to have made scrathes on the inside of the pump. I noticed from day one a slight vibration from the rear of the ski at 4,000-5,000 rpm . Thinking too much slop = bad bearing? I would think if i sucked something up it would have caused damage to the impeller or at least one of the blades but it looks good. I agree alot of rust considering its never been in saltwater. I dont wanna install the new impeller and have the same problem. This has to be affecting the water flow and performance of the pump with the slighty gouged ?
And fire no i have not pulled the bearings yet

Yes i live in Las Vegas one kawasaki dealers that sell watercraft and they have one jet ski on the showroom , not so sure im comforatble taking it to somone who doesnt even know what a Ultra 300x is ...

yep, mine looks like that too and I have lost a couple MPH. My bearings looked ok when replaced at 50 hrs. Most likely from something getting caught in the pump as stated above. I'm planning on replacing the pump housing (Vane Guide) as soon as I don't feel lazy.

Hmmm we had one of our 300x look like that after something went thru the pump , don't think it's a bearings problem either .. Here is a used pump housing on eBay if you don't have a warranty .. Ebay Item #: 330715513201

Well u already have the pump out at this point might as well disassemble and inspect the bearings etc was the prop tight when you removed it. ? It's hard to tell from the pics but liner does not look to bad. It's kind of a catch 22 if the dealer does not know ultras might. Want to go talk to there service dept to make sure if they do or don't. I actually bought my 250 from that dealer.

    wtf
dealers don't replace things that are normal wear and tear...............warranty don't cover bald tyres

All I see is a pump that has a big clearance from sucking shit threw it............ not a bearing related issue from the pics .

typically when the bearings crap them self's the impeller rubs on the side of the housing and leaves a big metal dag on the blades as it as grinds it away.

A NEW vane guide is cheap as shit , just put it in with the 14/21 and have a big smile from the awsome hole shot u will have

    Waz
