    What's the easiest way to fix Watertruck leak at carbon ring accordion boot?

    its not that bad ... buy all new so you dont have to do it twice

    +1..there really isnt any "shortcut" way to do this and make it last......Once they start to leak,its basically gonna keep leaking and continue to get worse....

    Another reason for this that I have come across several times can also be worn mounts or motor shifting forward with to much play between prop and crank.

    +1 motor alignment is a big culprit

    I hear ya there, my driveshaft slides right into motor, how do you checkout or alignment anyone than that?

    You need to buy/get the alignment tool....Then you bolt on the shaft plate,install the PTO coupler and then run shaft up to the engine..the shaft tool should slide into the PTO coupler for proper alignment...if it doesnt,your alignment is off...
