    GP1390R build

Since the old 1200 was toast, i decided to rebuild a 1390cc:

Gained the most info on this forum, GroupK, and WFO, starting to like this hobby!

This is so far the build:

    87mm GroupK pistons
    bored, ported, and replated cylinders
    GroupK milled head
Modified powervalves with waveeater clips and connectors
    Hotrods crank, welded and trued
    VF3 reeds
    Rebuild carbs
    open air filter
    D-plate+chip
    Riva freeflow
    Jetworks kit
    Solas 14-21
    R&D intake grate
    Rebuild pumpbearings with thrust bushing

Was at work today, and placed new bearings in the jetpump, with thrustbushing.
Used eurol marinegrease for this, is it normal that is feels like it has more resistance for now?
    Should i use special grease?

___ added gearring oil, ended up with a smoother slurrie/ problem solved ________

Made some block-off plates to replace the carbs:

This leaks like hell, so i bolted the carbs on top, to press em down:

This is the reason we want to leak test:
Pressure didn't hold, so i sprayed some soap around.

Ended up using silicone gasket on the reed gaskets, to solve the problem:

Pressure holds! 10 psi, dropped 1 psi in aprox 1 hour, will be fine!
