Are their any Canadian laws that limits the child's age AS A PASSENGER?

If not, what is the youngest person you have taken with you?

Child sitting in front, or behind?

I never take anyone that cant swim for starters. second must be at least 8 years old to ride on back, other wise they ride in front and of course all with life jackets. now, for speed and age. you just have to be smart about it. you can take the kid on back about half throttle and cruise the cove or short ride. if the kid is younger its just a tap above idle putting around a quiet cove. thats what I do for Canada...I dont know

I ride with my 4 yr old in the front and 7 yr old in the back on our small inland lake.
My daughter loves to drive the VXS in learner mode with me right behind her.
Legal? Great family time - you bet.

I have ridden with my 3 year old in front of me. I only take her out if nobody else is on the lake though. Its kind of a small lake. She loves and we go as fast as she wants.
