Okay...So had my CDK2 Carbs rebuilt, jetted, etc for the mods i ve been doing over the winter to my ZXI 1100...

When i open the throttle shaft(full throttle) all butterflies are at different locations.(close but noticeably different) .i ve been adjusting the screws for a few "hours" and felt i ve gotten close..but lets say the center carb

butterfly is then slightly open and the other two are closed..when the throttle is fully released(idle adjuster removed at this point)...Perhaps i am too picky? Is there a science to this?

As it is now the carb with the throttle cable mount is perfect(100%),center carb opens 90%,and third carb looks to be about 110%....
