    Superman Question...

For all you original innovators that I've learned so much from in such a short period of time...

In the GPR speed range of mid 70's to mid 80's, how much improvement do you guys see in mph from making speed runs in a superman position? Is there a true gain of around one mph or more or...?

Just a totally curious question that I haven't been able to test on my own. Last summer I just didn't have the water conditions or hull setup 100% right to feel comfortable as a relatively new rider to superman the ski. Probably could have toward the end of summer, but wasn't able to ride.

    Is That David? Fullfoogie...

Matt, I never gave the superman position much credit as I always thought that was cheating. Build the ski fast in the normal riding position then ya have something...
I can`t comment bc I never had a top end ski by any means...

So I'm trying to be serious and ask if 5mph is for real... But I can't get past the photos. Guess I'll need to work on my abs for that exposed midriff suit!

On a serious note, I guess I just have to man up and try it out...

Thanks, guys. That's about what I expected based on simply tucking down and in more while seated.

I try to keep track of my runs while testing. Weather/wind/DA and so forth. I also try to keep track of the drift speed and direction prior to the run as well.
